    Invoicing to customers / any special projects
    To serve and respond and customer particular new customer during developed
    To support on procedure documentation preparation (ISO 9000) and any other documents
    To support Logistics operation on the freight forwarding aspect (Warehouse and Transport)
    To prepare the logistics report regularly and update all logistics information base
    Logistics training documentation preparation
    Cooperate / contact with other departments for facilities on logistics
    Other jobs as assigned by header

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other areas related to the business environment
    1-2 years experience in ERP Application sales or Sales Support or Pre-sales
    Good presentation and communication skills

    Male/Female with Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    Some experiences in call center, customer service or telemarketing, although new graduates are also welcome to apply
    Good command of Vietnamese and English both writing and speaking
    Computer literacy is a pre-requisite
    Service-minded with good customer contact skills, hard-working and self-motivated
    Work on Mon. - Fri. at 8.00 AM-5.00 PM.

    Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
    Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods.
    Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
    Working from customer lists and database you'll make outbound intro and follow-up calls to qualify leads and sell products.
    Ability to overcome business objections of prospective customers and unseat the incumbent competition.
    Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services; provide accurate quotes.
    Qualify each sales opportunity by referencing a pre-qualified credit worthy prospect list.
    Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client products, service programs and systems.

    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and solve the problem with prompt, accurate and courteous replies over the phone.
    Provide general information relating to Card Product & Banking Product.
    Achieve the department's goal and objective.
    Initiate sales after handing daily incoming calls.
    Execute customer instructions of both financial and non
    financial transaction.
    Handle the charges dispute inquiry and take the whole process to ensure the reply delivered with prompt accuracy.
