Manage and improve a day to day facility maintenance systems for plant and office building
Be responsible and monitor in plant and office maintenance plan for facility system
Support for quality standard control in ISO 9001: 2000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001
Cooperate all concerning departments or suppliers for facility service, project
Support and solve the problem which is concern in facility area
Provide and advise for technical and management direction for all facility

1.        To manage the day to day administrative activities of the Admissions Department and to ensure a smooth and effective operations system, including tours of the school and entry tests as appropriate.
2.        To manage a team of staff within the Admissions Department to ensure the effective operation of the department.
3.        To ensure initial student data is entered on school DATA base.
4.        To ensure that all parental enquiries are effectively dealt with in a courteous manner in liaison with senior staff.
5.        To ensure that items related to the enrolment of students' are ready and given to the families upon admission.
6.        To advise Finance personnel in Billing and Collection of Fees and the Refund of Deposits.
7.        To be responsible for all correspondence to enquiries, advise on enrolment and letters of withdrawal and re-instatement.

Education Consultant /Counselor
Student and parent counseling
Assist manage and monitor follow up to enquiries.
Meeting with Australian Education reps.
Attendance at Relevant Education Fairs
Assist administration of  in - house student English language tests  
Ability to communicate and learn new product knowledge from visiting Australian Education Institution
