Prepare and check supplier invoice for process payment to vendors.  
Preparation and input of journal entries as required.  
Ensure that vendor invoices are charged to the clients on a timely basis.  
Assist with client and statutory audits - providing information and answering any queries which may arise.  
Prepare daily cash back in order to monitor cash balance.  
Reconcile VAT and withholding tax account on a monthly basis, including tax filing to revenue department.  
A minimum qualification of an HND in Accounting is required.

Coordinate TQM implementation with all TCCHM's properties, and CRM sections
Collect & analyze quality-related data & information (questionnaires, surveys, complaints, guest tracking records, Mystery Shopper, email and reports from TCCHM staff, etc.)
Facilitate all properties in standardizing Operational Policies & Procedures (OPP/SOP), and developing flowcharts & check sheets for each work area
Prepare TQM audit forms, conduct TQM audits, collect and analyze audit data, and produce audit reports
Liaise with HR on the provision of all training courses required for smooth and successful TQM implementation

To perform advanced cost-accounting work covering material and production costs, costs of sales, research and product development, etc.
To compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
To develop standard cost data and accurate inventory valuations.

Continuous management,monitoring and improvement on Production Planning section which scope of Parts&Finished Goods warehouse, Packing process and Material & Production Plan.

Problem analysis with corrective and preventive action.
Review all status of explosive parts which concern the import License.
