~ Responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of activities in the Air Freight Clearing Unit
?  Develop an understanding of customer processes to enhance cross-functional initiatives and effectively communicate/integrate improvements.
?  Monitor - ongoing evaluation of results of the strategy, and continuous improvement.
?  Identify options available and recommend most effective option and implement solutions.
?  Maintain positive relationships with internal partners and customers under difficult conditions and negotiates the best solutions.

The candidates must be Thai nationality, age not over 58 years on the application date, and shall comply with The Standard Qualifications for State Enterprise Board Members and Staff Act (No.4) B.E.2000 and (No.6) B.E.2007.
Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Possess sound knowledge and experience in managing large-sized organization.
In case of being a former or present high ranking executive of private sector, the  candidate must hold at least a title of Vice President in the organization with the revenue not  less than 5,000 million Baht per year.      
In case of  being a former or present executive of government sector or state enterprise, the candidate must hold at least a title of Deputy Director-General, Deputy Director or Deputy Chief of government agency or state enterprise equivalent to Deputy Director-General.   

• Master's Degree of Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 15 years experience and broad knowledge in the following areas: supply chain management, customs regulation and practice, logistics management in import/export, and warehouse management
• Have experience of managing free zone considered as a plus

• Resourceful in planning and allocating resources with analytical skills
• Experienced of managing high number of staffs with multiple skill sets
• Experience of managing contract services, have strong customer service mind with objective driven mindset
• Competent of English communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable to change with high self discipline
• Highly organized with strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines
• Effective team building and team motivation skills

• Male/Female with good physical health with no medical related conditions including excellent eyesight and hearing. (Applicants will be subject to a thorough medical exam).
• University Graduate or equivalent.
• Good problem solving and mechanical aptitude along with strong leadership and team building skills.
• Strong ability to operate independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in English language skills, written and spoken (TOEIC minimum 700).
• Willing to work anywhere in Thailand and/or overseas, if required.
• Willing to commit to a 10 year Service Agreement.
