Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Downer requires a Scheduler/Planner with minimum 1-2 years experience in the preparation of work schedules.
Reporting to the  Project Manager.
Planner will be responsible in conjunction with the Project Manager and Estimator to produce initial P3 detailed schedules for new projects.
The ongoing maintenance and update of P3 schedules.
Will be responsible for the preparation of 2 week "look ahead" in conjunction with site superintendents and on some projects the running of CMS (Cost Management system)

Note:
This is a database tracking progress from supervisor field reports and reporting overall productivity of the projects.

Qualifications
Experienced Scheduler/Planner.
Must be conversant with Primavera P3 project planning up to level 4.
Must be able to maintain 2 week "look ahead" in conjunction with site installation team.
Preferred to have experience with electrical instrument or piping projects however, would consider mechanical planner with some instrument and electrical experience.
Must be able to maintain progress report based on the level 4 programs and 32 week look ahead.
Honest, reliable & trustworthy.
High degree of responsibility, high integrity and able to work independently.
Proactive and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, with a "can do attitude".
Ability to communicate in English (spoken & written) including liaison with client & Head Office in Bangkok.)
Salary commensurate with experience
This is a full time permanent position after normal 120 days probation prescribed under the department of labour requirements.
Working hours would be Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm. 9 hour day 6 day week. Any additional working time would be paid at normal over time rates.
