Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Handle the company regulation, grievance procedure and employee counseling
Handle Smart Com, labor union and labor dispute
Enhance and encourage good relations and effective communication
Manage and arrange all employee recreation activity

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law , human resource management , potical science or relate field.
Experience at least 5 years working in employee relation in manufacturing firm
Labor protection & Employee relation knowledge is a must
Good skill in counseling, communication and problem solving
Good command of English
Computer literacy in MS Office
