Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Play a key role in developing control and accounting procedure over inventory, Costing and Labor cost to ensure those are properly recorded, continuously improves the existing costing systems to maximize the use of the current systems.
Maintains inventory master files including unit cost and UOM in SDC, communicates to all stores for any new, changes in inventory items.
Reviews the monthly stock closing report to ensure that there are no any irregular items prior to costing closing, reviews daily data as informed by stores in the SDC, reviews transfer in/out transaction files as based on the data in SDC, reviews finished waste files as based on the data in SDC.
Reviews and supervises the data entry of warehouse inventory movements into the Jan Soft inventory system
Obtains monthly status of stock at Siam Food warehouse and reconciles with the balance per books prior to the book closing, investigates any differences.

Qualifications
Age 28 up with Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
At least 3-5 years working experience in the field
Good command in both spoken and written English
Good computer knowledge especially for accounting package
Used to supervise accounting team.
