Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Main Purpose of Job
To maintain hygienic standards to ensure that all practices in Factory meet the higienic standards.
Coordinate with Production and other department to persist 'Pathogen' , investigate possible causes of contamination and improve the production line.
Manage the NGMP procedure and follow up the job that concerned with production line. Also follow up the progress for each corrective action request  (CAR) which is related to hygiene and food safety issue

Qualifications
Background Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
3 years Experience in food manufacturing; Advanced English level.
NGMP, NQS, HACCP, pest control (IPM), CIP, hygienic engineering.
Problem solving & decision making, quality awareness, strong communication skills, facilitation skills.
Location : Nestle Ice Cream BU, Bangchan Factory, Bangkok
