Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
To invite and remind visitors, conference delegates and guests to the events. To answer questions and inquires from customers and update database. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

Qualifications
Male/Female with Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Some experiences in call center, customer service or telemarketing, although new graduates are also welcome to apply
Good command of Vietnamese and English both writing and speaking
Computer literacy is a pre-requisite
Service-minded with good customer contact skills, hard-working and self-motivated
Work on Mon. - Fri. at 8.00 AM-5.00 PM.
