Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and solve the problem with prompt, accurate and courteous replies over the phone.
Provide general information relating to Card Product & Banking Product.
Achieve the department's goal and objective.
Initiate sales after handing daily incoming calls.
Execute customer instructions of both financial and non
financial transaction.
Handle the charges dispute inquiry and take the whole process to ensure the reply delivered with prompt accuracy.

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and solve the problem with prompt, accurate and courteous replies over the phone.
Provide general information relating to Card Product & Banking Product.
Achieve the department's goal and objective.
Initiate sales after handing daily incoming calls.
Execute customer instructions of both financial and non
financial transaction.
Handle the charges dispute inquiry and take the whole process to ensure the reply delivered with prompt accuracy.
Analyze and determine on Temporary credit line extension based on the customer profile and criteria definition.
Analyze and decipher system applications to perform customer data maintenance.
Identify selling opportunities to act upon it, or to pass to the appropriate parties to follow up.
Identify service inefficiencies and report to the Team Leader.
Meet the indicators and standards of Citiphone Banking set by management (e.g. Call Courtesy Rate, Call Accuracy, etc.)
Update Products & Services information.
Pass on the unsolved calls to the Investigation Unit.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
At least 1 year experience in call center field, or any related customer contact position.
Good command of communication and writing in English.
Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill.
Having PC equipment skill.
Be able to work under pressure.
