Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Possess sound knowledge and experience in managing large-sized organization.
In case of being a former or present high ranking executive of private sector, the candidate must hold at least a title of Vice President in the organization with the revenue not less than 5,000 million Baht per year.
In case of being a former or present executive of government sector or state enterprise, the candidate must hold at least a title of Deputy Director-General, Deputy Director or Deputy Chief of government agency or state enterprise equivalent to Deputy Director-General.
Qualifications
The candidates must be Thai nationality, age not over 58 years on the application date, and shall comply with The Standard Qualifications for State Enterprise Board Members and Staff Act (No.4) B.E.2000 and (No.6) B.E.2007.

Employment conditions, salary and remuneration:
The maximum term of engagement of the position is 4 years or when the person becomes 60 years old.
Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with candidate's qualification and experience, as agreed by the Remuneration Sub-Committee and will be subject to the approval of the company's Board of Directors and the Ministry of Finance.
During period of engagement, performance appraisal will be made at least twice a year.
