Prepare export document such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial invoice, packing list, C/O, B/L, insurance, and any other related documents as required.
Coordinate with domestic customer for order and delivery planning monthly basis together with monitoring appropriate stock level needed to keep for our domestic customer.
Coordinate with foreign customers, suppliers, and shipping/freight forwarders in order to prepare the shipment together with following up all export documents after arranging the shipment.
Collect data and update sales information.
Coordinate and give the best support to all related parties.
Handle other relevant jobs assigned.

Sales career experience 3-5 years.  (Steel Business experience is favorable)
Male or Female age over 27 years old
Bachelor‘s Degree in any related field.
Good command of English and computer literacy.

Manage and control Banner on aeon skymall website
Create web page for E-Newsletter

Take the operation of Payment & Finance within AEON-on us and other issuer-off us from web shopping (Settlement Processing)
Contact customer to follow up customer send document incase IPPL and Cash payment 
Prepare and process document to settlement all transaction to accounting
Prepare and process document to cancel transaction
Coordinate with dealer, other department within/without organization and corporate to make successfully payment/settlement and payment problem solving process 

Take and initiate or review orders directly from Account Representative and customer calls.
Can work independently & also coordinating with all related functions to achieve customers' requirement.
Ability to work during odd timing to serve customers' need.
Provide and analyze related orders processing report and other pertinent reports to assure accuracy of order  entry.
